Project initiation

We use a project initiation form (PIF) to manage projects effectively. Providing a foundation and reference point for all parties throughout a project life cycle, the PIF serves many purposes including:

• Formalizing information about a project or initiative that requires our assistance to execute.
• Gathering the basic information needed to correctly define and plan your project.
• Encouraging ideas and questions that could affect the direction and purpose of the project.
• Enabling us to work effectively with you to develop a project plan that meets your objectives and will help to achieve your goals.

Submit a completed PIF to initiate a project with us. One of our team members will respond within two to three business days to confirm the details of your request and to confirm anticipated timelines.
