Evites, created upon request, typically communicate information about university events and initiatives and contain event information, RSVP details and add-to-calendar event links.

E-newsletters
E-newsletters are appropriate if you are sending templated emails to a user mailing list on a regular basis. In complying with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, all email communications must include automatic subscription management (e.g. one-click to unsubscribe).
E-newsletters should be sent using an online email service with built-in mailing list subscription management, such as Mailchimp . We can assist with creating branded templates within the email service so you can easily create your own newletters.
